Olli - Thursday

Today we continued working on indesign and we designed a booklet using a sheet of paper!

"we first has to fold the a4 sized paper to make 8 rectangles, we then cut a line in the middle of 
the page and after that we folded it together as shown below, we then noted on each page, page 1, page 2 etc. after this we went on to indesign and had to do the mathematics and work out the dimensions so we could put image or text on to each square and it would fit right, we did this using simple maths and the guides in indesign.

I first did the guidelines and designed one with the numbers like the drawn one to show that i had the dimensions right.

here are a couple screen shots of me designing my final booklet design, i used roy licheinsteins work in my booklet and thought i would take previous images of his without editing them to try and make a story line that made sense..
